24 Hour Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Clients are asked to contact us 24 hours in advance for any cancellations. Or advise of any late arrivals to avoid double bookings. Groupon Customers – Two (2) No show/ No Calls will subject your groupon to being redeemed and NO services rendered.
Clients are asked to disclose if they are suffering from any sort of illness, which can be transferable such as colds, flu or any virus so that Massage Therapist may assist the client in the appropriate way. And also, respect others in the waiting room.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. Please present your gift certificate in advance of treatment. All gift certificates are valid for one years after purchase, or as indicated on the certificate, or promotion itself.
The Therapist holds the right to refuse services to any customer who does not adhere to any policy set by Duffy’s Massage Excellence or co-operate during the treatment. If the Therapist feels it is unsafe to continue with the treatment he will then terminate it.
All returning customers paying Duffy’s Massage Excellence directly, will get a refund by us. Groupon customers, who purchase a groupon should go directly through Groupon for your refund.
